Prompts focus on what happened, what you noticed, what you needed, what helped, and moments you may want to remember. LIBRARY Keep private notes, images, audio, and video you may want to return to. Use tags to organize words, reminders, people, places, and supportive moments in your own way. INTAKES Keep one or more meal photos together with optional words, audio, or video. A guided check-in can help you notice context, thoughts, feelings, sensations, needs, and support without calories, weight, scores, streaks, or required meal logging. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your journal, library, intakes, media, preferences, and trusted contact remain encrypted on this iPhone. Gentle Note has no account, ads, analytics, tracking, social feed, or AI. Nothing is uploaded to a developer server. You control export and deletion, and you can protect the app with Face ID, Touch ID, or your iPhone passcode.
